Nicotine salt liquids reviews: tested in Liverpool (2025) (v2)
Nicotine salt liquids advice for Liverpool, covering flavour notes, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
Finding the right nicotine salt liquids in Liverpool is easier than most catalogues make it sound. Two things to check before ordering: the Type-C fast charge socket on the base and whether the 0.2 Ω dual mesh coil is the newer generation.
Most Liverpool buyers start with a well-known brand name and then discover that fit and coil availability matter far more. If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month.
Worth noting that the magnetic contact takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below. For first-time buyers, the learning curve is shorter than the specification list suggests, and daily use is straightforward from the first charge. If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month.
We would pair the IQOS III with a 55:45 PG/VG liquid, which is where the balance between throat hit and cloud density sits most comfortably. The throat hit is noticeably firmer than a 55:45 PG/VG blend, so if you prefer a smoother draw, mix accordingly. Pricing in Liverpool shifts with import duty, so the figures here reflect current GBP rates rather than a fixed list price.
The build quality on IQOS III is a step above most of what sits in the same price bracket, and the finish resists the chipping that usually shows after a few months of pocket carry. Build quality is the quiet differentiator here, with tight seams and a connector that has not loosened after repeated removal. Charging over Type-C fast charge takes about 59 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries.
Vapour production is more than adequate at 50, and pushing beyond that adds heat rather than anything worth carrying. Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all. The instruction booklet is thin, but the diagrams are clear enough that most people set the device up without further help.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Strawberry Cream: creamy, sweet, described as smooth strawberry custard with a light dairy note. On a 55:45 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.2 Ω dual mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Liverpool
Availability in Liverpool is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.2 Ω dual mesh and the Type-C fast charge are both in stock before committing, and check that the magnetic contact matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and GBP rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
